Celestial Sailor Moon

So this is my new design for Sailor Moon in a facfiction I have floating around in my head. It's actually supposed to be the sequel to my Sailor X fanfic about X and her team working together with the senshi in Japan against a new foe. And the Starlights are there and Kousagi and there's timeline issues and all that good stuff, but I haven't written it yet so that's all I'm gonna say about it.

Anyway, the design is sort of supposed to be midway to Cosmos, hence the rainbow on the skirt, the heart jewels on her hair, and the star on her bow/wings. I hope you think it's cool!
